SUBJECT : It is our request to be decided to participate in the lawsuit alongside the plaintiff.
EXPLANATIONS :
1-The outcome of the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff against the defendant, the sub-tenant, arising from the misuse of the lease, will also affect our client’s rights as the plaintiff is the tenant of our client. For this reason, we would like to take part as a participating plaintiff alongside the plaintiff.
2- The plaintiff is the tenant of our client. He rented one room of the apartment, which we rented to him as a whole, to the defendant as a sub-tenant. The sub-tenant has misused the room and common areas of the flat belonging to our client, – in his own words, he has made art – in our client’s words, he has made a mess by painting everything colourfully. Our client warned the plaintiff with a warning notice dated ……. and numbered ……. of …….Notary Office and thereupon the plaintiff filed this lawsuit against the defendant.
3-We would like to take part in this case, which is closely related to our client, as a Joined Plaintiff.
