1. In the expropriation, compensation determination, and registration case being heard by your court in file no. …/ … E., the expert committee conducting the examination repeated the points stated by the plaintiff in the petition and included them directly in its report.
2. The report was written without sufficient research and investigation and contains calculation errors. As such, the report does not reflect the truth. Therefore, it cannot be used as a basis for a court decision.
3. In light of the reasons explained above, as the defendant’s attorney, it has become necessary to object to the aforementioned expert report and request that a new expert committee be appointed to conduct an investigation and prepare a report.
Conclusion and Request: For the reasons explained above, we respectfully request that our objection to the expert report as the defendant’s attorney be accepted and that a decision be made to have a new expert panel conduct an examination and obtain a report.
