SUBJECT : Our request for eviction due to necessity.
EXPLANATIONS: 1- The defendant tenant resides as a tenant in the apartment belonging to our client and located at the address of …, pursuant to the lease agreement dated …/…/…, and currently pays a monthly rent of … TL.
2- Our client’s daughter, …, was divorced from her husband by decision no. …/… of the … Family Court and was forced to seek refuge with our client along with her child. Our client’s daughter is in a difficult situation and currently needs housing.
3- Our client notified the defendant by warning that he needed the leased property. However, no response has been received.
LEGAL GROUNDS: The Code of Obligations, relevant other legislation.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: The lease agreement dated …/…/…, the notice, a copy of the divorce decree, witness statements, and any other legal evidence as necessary.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained above, we respectfully request and demand that the defendant be evicted from the leased property in which he resides as a tenant and that the costs of the proceedings be borne by the defendant.
