OUR EXPLANATIONS:
1-) Our client’s uncle … was registered in the population registry as … and passed away on …/…/….
2-) Although the defendant … … obtained an inheritance certificate as if he were the heir of the deceased … …, the defendant has no relationship with the deceased as mentioned in the inheritance certificate.
3-) For this reason, and since our client is the sole heir of the deceased, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
