EXPLANATIONS :1-Our client is a well-known and popular tradesman in his environment. Our client, who is not very interested in his environment due to his structure, is known for his heavy-blooded personality.
2-The neighbour, who was disturbed by the indifference of our client, named his dog after our client and printed this name on the collar in order to attract attention and anger our client.
3- The defendant walks his dog among the crowds sitting and chatting in the gardens at the most crowded hours of the neighbourhood and often calls our client’s name.
4- Our client feels hurt and humiliated by this behaviour of the defendant.
LEGAL GROUNDS : CC.art.25, BK.art.49 and 41.
EVIDENCE : Witness, Civil Registry Records, Witness Statements and all kinds of Evidence.

CONCLUSION OF THE REQUEST : For the reasons explained, we request that the defendant be ordered to cease this action of the defendant that hurts our client, that the defendant be sentenced to pay ……. compensation with legal interest to be accrued from the date of the lawsuit due to this humiliating situation that my client has suffered, that the costs of the proceedings be imposed on the defendant, and that the counterparty attorney fee be awarded on our behalf as a lawyer in accordance with the 164/last paragraph of the Attorneyship Law No. 1136 amended by Law No. 4667.
