2-The house and land belonging to our client cannot be accessed to the main street because it is behind the defendant’s land. There is a factory wall belonging to MKE on one side of our client’s land and a swamp on the other side. Our client has to use the defendant’s parcel to access the road. Our client made an offer to the defendant in this regard and asked for a road to be opened in return for appropriate compensation. The defendant rejected our client’s request.
