1- Since my client wants to change her gender, we have previously taken a leave of absence with the court decision of the Erzincan First Instance Law Court numbered /…/ date and 2007 /… Essentially Different Work, 2007 /… Decision Different Work.
2- After receiving permission from the court, my client underwent surgery. Thus, her gender has changed physically. The Report of the Health Board is october. There has been an obligation to open this case for the registration of a gender change in the population register.
EVIDENCE: Permission decision taken from the court, Population Record, Physician report and all kinds of evidence.
LEGAL REASONS : Civil Code art. 40/2 and related legislation
