OUR EXPLANATIONS
1-) Our client … … was sentenced to … months imprisonment by the … Criminal Court’s decision dated …/…/… No. …/… E. …/… K. for violating the payment condition.
2-) The decision, which was upheld during the appeal and decision correction stages, became final on …/…/… and he has been serving his sentence in … Prison since …/…/….
3-) Our client has committed to pay the amount due in specified installments. However, it is evident from the payment receipts submitted in the appendix that the payment period has not exceeded two years from the date of the commitment and that the amount due has been paid by our client. Upon examination of these receipts by your court, it will be seen that the commitment has not been breached.
4-) Accordingly, since the payments specified in the commitment letter have been made, it has become necessary to apply to you with this petition to suspend the execution of the penalty imposed on our client.
