EXPLANATIONS
1- It has been decided to divorce the parties with the decision of Ankara 6th Family Court dated … dated … E. – … K. (Annex-1) The decision has been appealed by us.
2- Pursuant to the decision of the 6th Family Court of Ankara; in favour of the client 1000,00-TL from the date of the lawsuit until the date of the decision and 600,00-TL precautionary alimony to be valid from the date of the decision. (ANNEX-2)
3- Based on this decision, enforcement proceedings were initiated from the file numbered … E. of Ankara 1st Execution Directorate.
5- The debtor has not made the alimony payments for the months of September, October and November 2021 and it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.

EVIDENCE : Without prejudice to our rights to present evidence against the evidence of the other party;
