EXPLANATIONS: 1-Pursuant to the lease agreement concluded between the defendant tenant and our client on …/…/…, the defendant has leased the … m² shop located at … address belonging to our client for a monthly rent of …TL.
2- The plaintiff’s son has been residing in …….. for … years. He will return to Turkey permanently on …/…/… and will open a … store in the aforementioned shop.
3- Although the defendant was sent an eviction notice through a notary public due to the need for the premises and the lease agreement has expired, he has not yet vacated the property, making it necessary to file this eviction lawsuit.
